Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Nest Connect Community ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to scam, defraud, or mislead other users
• Use automated systems or bots
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Membership Tiers and Payments

Subscription Plans

• The Nest (Free): Limited access to basic features
• The Open Nest ($29/month for founding members, $39/month regular): Full access with enhanced features
• Taking Flight ($89/month): All Open Nest features plus personalized support and curated matches
• Soaring (Custom pricing): VIP experience with high-touch coaching, exclusive retreats, and concierge service

Payment Terms

• All fees are in USD and charged in advance
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancellation must be made before the renewal date
• Refunds are provided only as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Intellectual Property

All content on Nest Connect Community, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Nest Connect or licensed to us. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding
• Scrape or extract data from the platform
• Reverse engineer any part of the service

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.

Safety and Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate all content
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or ban accounts for violations
• Report illegal activity to authorities
• Take action to protect member safety

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee of Results

We provide a platform for connections but do not guarantee that you will find friendships. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Member Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Your interactions with other members
• Verifying information provided by other members
• Your personal safety when meeting in person
• Conducting your own background checks if desired

Limitation of Liability

Nest Connect Community is not liable for:

• Actions or conduct of other members
• Damages resulting from use of the service
• Lost profits or indirect damages
• Content posted by members

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate or suspend accounts for violations
• We may discontinue the service with notice
• Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers)

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation first
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Waiver of class action rights

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
